We operate over 40 housing units throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan area. We pride ourselves on supporting individuals in their home environments which promote good health and hygiene, safety, individualized choices and atmosphere of pride. Our well-trained and caring staff work closely with the individuals, family members, service coordinators and other professionals to identify the specific wants, needs, and desires of each individual in our program. We utilize a team approach in identifying the needs, securing resources, and monitoring outcomes.

A variety of supportive services are offered to ensure successful community living in our Adult Services Services Residential Programs. We work hard to help each individual be an active and responsible community member. Participation in recreational events and participation in community resources is key to successful community living. Individuals receive training in areas such as personal self-care, domestic skills, food preparation and shopping, and money management are important components of the Community Residential Services. Our staff receive agency-required trainings that are developed specifically for the individuals they are working with in addition to State of Maryland required trainings.
