Our Personal Support Services department has been providing services to individuals with disabilities since 1998.
The “long term” support program provides funding for in home support to over 30 individuals with disabilities residing in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The program provides in-home support through a network of home health agencies and nursing referral agencies. The PSS program works extensively with individuals with physical disabilities. The program offers skilled case management services to assist in coordinating support for the individual in their home.
